Sigandur back water and Chowdeshwari temple, Sigandur, Sagar taluk, Shimoga, Karnataka

It was around 3 PM we have enough time to catch our way to sigandur for that we need to travel to Sagara then towards holebailu to reach Sigandur back water. pineapple is one of the crops of malnad area, we tasted a well ripped pineapple near Talaguppa then we traveled to Sagara, we packed some necessary things at sagara and started towards sigandur, on the way we have seen Sri Durga temple (Sri sridhara swamy samadi) Varadapura. Finally we reached  our destination holebailu OR Sigandur Back water where we took some snaps, it's a late evening 7:00 PM we traveled in a boat towards Sigandur then reached Tumari. These boats are facilitated to devotees of Sigandur temple and local people, we crossed sigandur and reached Tumari. We inquired for lodges near Tumari and found Bhattara mane at Bedara Koppa.

Bedara Koppa is a interior village where few houses we can see. Bedara Koppa is 2 km away from Tumari, we stayed at Bedara Koppa Bhattara Mane one of the best hospitality seen at remote places, we tasted typical malnad food, Sambar, Chutney and homemade pickles, it was our best journey towards Shimoga belt. We ended our day at beautiful house of Bedara Koppa.
